Extended Hours at the Fountain Practice

• 18:30-18:50, Wednesday (Telephone Consultations)

Appointments for our extended hours services are available only on a pre-booked basis. Pre-booking can be done up to 4 weeks in advance. Bookings can be done over the telephone.

GP Appointments at the extended hours HUB

You can now book evening and weekend consultations at new HUB clinics locally. These extra appointments are provided by the local GP federation, which are made up of local GP practices, so you will be seen by a local GP.

If you are unwell when the surgery is closed you can still make an appointment at the HUB by phoning 01372 738 373 from 18:00-21:00 on weekdays, from 08:00-19:00 on Saturday and 09:00-12:00 on Sunday.

You will be offered an appointment at one of our local hubs at either Epsom, Ewell, Leatherhead or on the Downs.

Out of Hours Service

Between 18:30 and 08:00 Monday to Friday all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.
